Cancellation Policy: Cancellation great than 45 days prior to arrival date, 20% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year bookings are forfeited 25% of the gross rental rate if cancelled 91 days or more before arrival, and 100% of the gross rental rate if cancelled within 90 days to arrival.
