The Estate
Villa Avelora is composed of a main villa and an independent annex, offering eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms across thoughtfully designed interiors. The layout allows guests to gather comfortably while preserving privacy for couples and families traveling together.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature elegant finishes, with most offering ensuite bathrooms. The annex bedrooms provide direct access to the garden, ideal for guests who appreciate independence within the estate setting.
Living Spaces
The ground floor of the main villa unfolds through three interconnected reception rooms framed by stone arches, exposed beams, and traditional Tuscan detailing. One salon is centered around a grand piano, inviting music and relaxed evenings, while another features a refined bar corner suited to aperitivo gatherings.
At the heart of the home, the expansive Tuscan kitchen is both functional and atmospheric, equipped with professional-grade appliances and anchored by a large wood-fired fireplace—perfect for seasonal cooking and convivial dinners.
The independent annex reflects the charm of a restored Tuscan barn, where exposed beams and stone accents complement a seamless open layout combining dining, kitchen, and sitting areas.
