Villa Azur Dream St Martin is a beautiful seven bedroom dream villa that sits high up in the area of Terres Basses, St Martin, known as Morne Rouge with a commanding view over the surrounding countryside and the ocean, looking towards the nearby beach of Baie Rouge.

Fully renovated in 2019 with all the modern amenities and comforts, this luxurious home sits within beautiful landscaped tropical gardens and has an expansive terrace raised above the hillside, housing a large pool surrounded by a wooden deck area lined with cliff front loungers and four-poster day beds.
The communal living spaces are integrated into a superb light-filled great room that includes a TV lounge area, informal dining areas, and an open gourmet kitchen facing the ocean view. Large glass doors open to the pool terrace at the front and to an outdoor covered living area situated to the side of the house edged by gardens and facing the ocean. There is also an outdoor covered dining area with a large table with seating for 14 or more.
Five of the bedrooms are situated on the main floor and two on the lower floor and all seven feature king-size beds and opulent en-suite bathrooms. The master suite also has its own intimate seating area located just off the terrace.
The villa also has a fitness room, located in a gazebo within the grounds, equipped with modern machines and offering great views while you exercise.
Azur Dream is perfect for Caribbean living with its easy flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces and makes an ideal location for family gatherings or large groups of friends. The villa is located just a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful Terres Basses beaches and just 10 minutes from Marigot and Cupecoy.

This place is magical!

This place is magical! First off the house is stunning, the property is amazing and so accommodating for large parties. We had 21 people and it fit us all perfectly and they brought us cribs and all the things we needed. We had added a personal chef to our reservation and she was fantastic. The host was great and they also helped us plan excursions for placed near us and made bookings for wine tours, food tours etc. Monica and Elizabeth were great and Chef Orietta, and our pizziera Flavio were so great! Highly recommend this place as its only about 40 min drive from Florence and only 30 mins from Sienna ans San Gimignano. If you want to feel relaxed stay here! You won't regret it!

We booked a villa in Italy through Haute Retreats but this review is not about that villa (which was excellent) but this review is about the people behind the scenes who run Haute. I was constantly impressed by the availability, patience, knowledge and contacts they had. Every question I had was answered timely, with deep knowledge, and constant patience. In the middle of our trip we had a relatively large emergency with the family and Sabrina was instrumental in helping us get through as painless and quickly as possible. She didn't need to do that, but was coordinating across a few people and coming up with ideas to get us what we needed quickly so we could enjoy the trip. She has earned my respect and appreciation and this is a company that I will continue to go to when I plan my next trip, and the trip after that . . . .
