It is a beautiful luxury villa for rent located in Ibiza, a superb villa set in a lush setting. Villa Cala Conta Dream is located minutes from Cala Tarida and the spectacular sands of Platja de Comte.
It is a villa that features a modern design, evoking the timeless relaxing atmosphere of Spain’s Balearic Islands. Villa Cala Conta Dream boasts beautiful sea views, due to the elevated perspective. You will love watching the sunsets from this villa.
Five kings bedrooms sleep ten guests in all. It is the perfect retreat for friends reunions, groups and family reunions.
The villa expansive outdoor living areas include a swimming pool, an spacious deck featuring panoramic vistas, an outdoor kitchen, a grill, wet bar, large prep area. You will enjoy cooking a barbecue, while the children will play in the trampoline. The dining tables and lounges are set in sun or shade.
The windows are large as well as the doors. There is so much natural light into the home. In the main living area there is a nice fire.
The kitchen is fully equipped, next to the dining area where there is a nice large timber dining table for eight.
A patio can be accessed from the master suite through an expansive glass door.
The four guest double bedrooms have the en-suite bathroom with showers and tubs. All the four bedrooms have access to the garden.
Cala Conta Dream is located on a secluded area, however it is still near Ibiza’s finest beaches and night life venues.
Platja de Comte, just two kilometres from the villa, is enchanting. Cala Tarida is less than five kilometres.
You will love visiting the clubs and walk the harborside promenade and nearby Sant Antoni de Portmany, just twenty-four kilometers to Ibiza Town.
