The Campo Doccio is a luxurious villa, which is beautifully situated amidst the rolling hills of Tuscany and combines traditional charm with modern sophistication. This redesigned typical Tuscan farmhouse covers more than 1700 hectares within Casole sprawling estate that has historical roots in the agricultural heritage of Tuscany since the Bronze Age. Over 100 acres of organic vineyards are spread across this property to create beautiful scenery amid rolling hills.
With floor-to-ceiling glass walls that provide panoramic views of the Tuscan landscape, the villa has an open plan layout filled with natural light. The large living spaces consist of central, fully fitted kitchen, a great room that opens onto an outdoor oven and pergola that is perfect for alfresco dining with family and friends.
There are three double bedrooms in the main house. The master bedroom on a different level contains its own balcony overlooking the lush surroundings. In addition there are two other cozy bedrooms downstairs. The guesthouse also includes a reception area and two en-suite bathrooms.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy swimming in a heated swimming pool finished in glass mosaic tiles and two terraces which look out over huge estate as well as San Gimignano just beyond it.
