A: A crib, pack and play and high chair is provided. Additional ones could be sourced if needed.

A: Casa Tropical has an indoor dinner table that seats 10. Additionally there is an outdoor table for 8.

A: Casa Tropical has 1 double daybed and 2 single sunbeds in the pool area along with many sofas, hammocks etc..

Q: What type of coffee machine is available at the house?
A: Drip coffee maker.
Q: Are there any TVs in the villa or the bedrooms? If so, where?
A: There is one smartTV available in the living room of the villa and each bedroom.
Q: Is there AC throughout the house or only in the bedrooms?
A: Yes, AC units in the living/dining room and each bedroom.
Q: Do all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms?
A: All rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.
Q: Is there an additional fee for pre-stocking?
A: Yes, there is a 20% mark up fee for pre-stocking.
Q: How do guests get alcohol?
A: We also offer alcohol purchase with a 20% mark up fee.
Q: Does the chef help make & serve drinks?
A: Casa Tropical does not include chef service however a full time chef can be hired at the cost of $150 USD per day + cost of ingredients. An additional bartender can be hired for $100 USD per day.

A: No, the nearest it takes is a 5 min drive to the hotel zone/beach strip however Uber Eats does deliver food from numerous restaurants to the home.
Q: How far is the villa from the nearest town?
A: Tulum beach and hotel zone is a five minute drive down the road.
Q: Guests are concerned with security, does the villa come with any security?
A: Exterior cameras facing the entry door & outside walls. Security surveillance upon request is available. The area is very safe.
Q: Is there a BBQ/Grill? Electric or Carbon?
A: Yes Casa Tropical has one gas and one charcoal grill.
Q: Is there a quiet hour?
A: No, however no parties or events with outside guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the property manager. Noise decibel monitors on property.
Q: Can we request an early check-in or late check-out?
A: Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out time is before 11:00am. If you need early arrival or late departure please contact us no later than one week prior to your arrival so we can review your request. If it’s possible to accommodate your request, an additional fee of $50-150 USD per hour depending on season.
Q: Are small events permitted? If so, at what cost and up to how many guests?
A: Any use of Casa Tropical other than residential during a vacation must be approved in advance by the property owner and management. No weddings, corporate events, photo shoots, parties or large gatherings are permissible without owner approval and additional security deposit in place.

A: Yes, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Use at your own convenience.
