Built by Philippe Capezzone, Chalet Arpe was conceived to answer the most demanding criteria in terms of luxury and comfort. This magnificent chalet in Val d’Isère is spread over 4 floors and ideally located between the village of Val d’Isère, just a 10 minute walk away, and the ski slopes.

A wonderful mix of contemporary design mingled with traditional Savoyard stone and classic woodwork panelling. Beautifully finished with Andrew Martin materials and furnishings together with many local Savoyard artefacts.

It has been beautifully finished with the best materials and furniture as well as many local Savoyard items. The lounge area with its huge armchairs and comfortable sofas has a large open stone fire. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead out onto a sunny terrace and there is also an open-plan dining area on this floor. All five suites are extremely comfortable with a contemporary yet “warm” feel designed to transform your nights into precious moments of peace and relaxation. Equally elegant are the five en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor houses a magnificent indoor swimming pool with jet stream and a hammam. In addition, there is a home cinema projection screen and relaxation areas. The dedicated home theater room has a Play station, a large selection of DVDs, a multitude of TV channels and of course a large movie library with all the latest movies available. A great place for children and adults. There is a “really cutting edge” ski room rarely seen in the Alps. This unusually spacious space has been enhanced with bespoke leather seats combined with fitted, hand-made units, all created by local artisans. This ski storage room is designed to reproduce a professional ski shop atmosphere and is highly rated by guests.

The sitting area with its huge armchairs and comfortable sofas has a large open stone fire and is equipped with the latest flat screen LED television and Bose Sound system. Picture windows lead onto a sunny terrace and there is also an open plan dining area.

Prices are for exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 people and includes daily breakfast service, housekeeping, selected complimentary drinks and a morning/afternoon lift pick up/drop off service.
