Chalet de Guerne is a perfect balance between contemporary and Alpine tradition. This is a very spacious luxury ski chalet with an area of ​​approximately 600m2 and organized over four levels, there is more than enough space for the 10 people this chalet can accommodate. It is located just a few minutes from the center of Courchevel 1850 and above the Cospillot ski slope, with stunning views over the valley and the mountains of the Vanoise.

This luxury ski-in ski-out chalet is located next to the Cospillot ski lifts giving you access to the largest ski area in Europe – Les Trois Vallées.

On the ground floor, the chalet has a swimming pool with waterfalls, hammam, shower, w / c, private elevator and terrace. The wellness facilities provide a lovely place to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing. This floor also offers a private cinema room with 9 reclining chairs, so don’t forget your popcorn and head downstairs to relax and watch some of the newest and greatest movies.

The first floor features 4 en-suite bedrooms, all sumptuously appointed with all the amenities and amenities expected of a high-end luxury chalet. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and large balconies, each bedroom also has an LCD TV.

On the 2nd floor, you will find two large living rooms with open fire, bar and large windows to better enjoy the amazing landscape. The beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and library are also located on this floor. There is a huge balcony that runs the entire length of the living room with views of the slopes and the Vanoise mountains. Relax with a glass of bubbles as the talented experienced chef prepares a taste sensation for your evening meal.

This level also contains the remaining bedroom on the mezzanine, comprising a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room.
