Villa Colle is a 400 year old Tuscan farmhouse nestled on a 2 hectare estate in the hills of the world renowned Chianti region, Tuscany.

Step inside Villa Colle, and you’ll be greeted by a blend of traditional stone walls and beamed ceilings, complemented by striking modern interiors. The dining room is bright and airy, with a large arched window, and the state-of-the-art kitchen features a harmonious combination of stone countertops and glossy red cabinets.

Each of the five air-conditioned bedrooms in the villa boasts an en-suite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. The primary bedroom offers a super king-size bed, while three bedrooms have queen beds, one of which includes a sofa bed. The fifth bedroom provides two twin beds and a trundle bed. Additionally, there’s an extra bedroom on the ground floor with a private entrance across the courtyard. Families with infants will find baby equipment such as a crib, highchair, and booster seat available for use.

Despite its serene and rural location in Chianti, Villa Colle is conveniently situated just over a mile away from the Pozze di Lecchi restaurant and approximately 2 miles from a grocery store, church, and town center. Should you need access to public transportation or medical facilities, a train station and the Siena hospital are located 9 miles away. For those arriving by air, the villa is a 2-hour drive from the airport, ensuring a smooth and accessible travel experience.
