If you enjoy golfing, then this vacation villa is perfect for you. This magnificent home is nestled in the heart of Punta Cana Resort. Its columned appearance is regal and inviting, with a large double door opening and lush tropical greenery throughout the property. The home boasts a two-story open layout with plenty of room for you and your family to gather together for meals or simply to relax and enjoy your time together.
Inside the home, you will find four large bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is room for ten guests in this villa. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with its elegant chandelier and balcony access. The room offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a double walk-in shower. Double vanities and a walk-in closet complete the layout.
Also on the second floor are bedrooms two and three. There is a queen-size bed in one room, while the other provides more space with a king-size bed. Both these rooms have private bathrooms with walk-in closets. While the queen-size room may contain a smaller bed, its perk is balcony access to a gorgeous view of the property.
On the first floor, you will find the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has two double beds and pool access. Its en suite bathroom has a shower and vanity. A walk-in closet is located in this room as well. There is a one-half bath in this home as well.
The interior space is 1000 square feet and includes a living, kitchen, and dining area as well. The double doors leading to the covered patio and pool provide a grand view of the property and its amenities. Each room is unique in its décor, making the villa feel warm and cozy. You will find plenty of space to lay back and relax, whether outside or in.
On the patio, you can enjoy the shade or slip poolside and lounge on a chaise, enjoying the sun. The property leads out to a golf course that you can enjoy during your stay. You also have access to resort privileges, which include fitness equipment, a pool table, a jacuzzi/whirlpool, and more.
Staff for the villa includes daily maid services, a driver, a gardener, a pool person, and a property manager on call. This is a no-smoking property, with no pets allowed. Utilities are included, and you will be treated with a welcome basket and Villa orientation.
