Within the House
You’ll feel right at home as soon as you enter the great room. Elevated beamed ceilings and polished hardwood floors create a grand yet inviting ambiance. With cozy couches grouped around a wall-mounted TV, the room is tastefully furnished and ideal for family movie evenings or reading a book after a day of being outside. Tucked away in one corner is a contemporary, fully functional kitchen, with a breakfast bar that makes the ideal place to meet for informal meals or morning coffee. A short distance away is the dining area, which is perfect for casual dinner parties.
The floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views of the ocean are what really make this room magical. Unlock the doors and enter the expansive, screened veranda that encircles the house. You can relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the warmth of the day here, or you can hide in the cool shade and just listen to the sound of the waves.

There are two king-size suites on either side of the great room. Each has the same soft linens, elegant pitched ceilings, and contemporary bathrooms that perfectly combine simplicity and style. You can wake up to the sound of the sea and enter the crisp Caribbean morning through sliding glass doors that open straight onto the veranda.
The third bedroom on the lower level offers charm and flexibility for families or groups. It’s a welcoming area for kids to have sleepovers or for a couple looking for more privacy, furnished with a twin bunk over a queen-size bed and a comfortable seating nook.

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, US$500 of administration fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, all payments made will be forfeited unless any reasonable COVID-19 related issue that inhibits the client’s ability to travel is established and agreed to by the Owner in which event the Client will receive a full refund of all their payments hereunder less the $500 administration fee.
Note: COVID-19 related issues include, any travel bans or airport closures, or other issues attributable to COVID-19, set in the Turks and Caicos Islands, that restrict travel to or from The Turks and Caicos Islands.
