This is a unique beachfront villa for rent made up of three properties on the private island of Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos.
The Sanctuary has views of both the island’s lush vegetation and the turquoise sea, nestled beside a swatch of powder-white sand.
The Sanctuary Main House includes three bedrooms, each complete with their own en-suite bathroom, which include a separate bathtub, shower, his/her sinks, plus outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. The outdoor pool is uniquely located on the first floor of the house. The house also includes its own media room with a projector screen.
Both guesthouses inside and outside blur with large windows that bring the outside in and where on the second floor the master bedroom/living area with 360-degree water views, three other en-suite bedrooms, as well as an infinity pool are located.
There is a nice area with a screened-in guest pavilion flanked by the main pool where you can eat and watch movies, and plenty of outside terracing for relaxing under a reliable Caribbean sun. A further formal dining area inside seats up to 20.
From the cedar paneled walls, teak furniture, limestone bathrooms to the walnut floors the Sanctuary is truly a perfect luxury retreat. Details include deep-seated pillowed sofas, king-size beds and beach furniture in white cotton. Candles abound.
Eclectic pieces reflect the owner’s world travels, from Bali to Africa, including an enviable art collection. Further personal touches are introduced through service, provided by COMO Parrot Cay, which is essential to this private island’s award-winning reputation.
