Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 61 days, US$500 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made within 60 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Presidents' Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and any other national holidays are non refundable.
