Valorea’s five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, are arranged to provide genuine privacy for larger groups—something exceptionally uncommon in Florence’s rental landscape. Two bedrooms can be configured as queen or twin (each mattress 90 cm x 190 cm) and each includes an ensuite with double sinks and a shower. Two additional queen bedrooms (mattress 180 cm x 190 cm) feature ensuite bathrooms—one with double sinks and a large shower, and one with a shower. The fifth bedroom offers a French bed (mattress 150 cm x 190 cm) with an ensuite bathroom and shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and every bathroom is stocked with hair dryers and luxury toiletries, giving the residence the feel of a private hotel suite—only with far more space.
The living areas are designed for both elegance and everyday ease. The formal living room is a beautiful expression of the home’s character: historic architecture and subtle, design-forward furnishings balanced in a way that feels inviting from the first moment you step in. A separate dining room features a generous table seating up to twelve guests, perfect for celebratory dinners, leisurely breakfasts, or chef-prepared meals that turn into long evenings. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rental. Housekeeping is not included, and cook service is available exclusively through the management and in-house staff; third-party suppliers are not permitted. Food and beverage costs are additional. A damage liability of €1,500 is required. A mandatory final cleaning fee of €500 is payable locally on arrival. Please note that an Italian visitor’s tax may apply, typically €1.50–€6.00 per person per day (often applied for the first seven days) and is payable locally in euro cash. Valorea is a no-smoking residence and pets are not allowed. Two trundle beds can be added in two bedrooms to accommodate two additional guests. Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, with check-out by 10:00 am. Late check-in is available with a fee of €25 per extra hour between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Any extra services must be paid locally prior to departure unless otherwise arranged.
