Luxury Villa Annalisa is located in the most elite residential area of Dubrovnik, Croatia, – Ploče, from where you enjoy unforgettable views of the Old Town, the island Lokrum and the beach Banje.

The villa was built back in the 17th century and since 1708 is owned by the same family. In the past Villa Annalisa was famous due to the many parties held in the garden, the most famous artists used to be guests at this villa. Now the villa after different renovations is back to its beauty with luxury amenities and facilities. Part of the furniture was restored and in the corridors memories of the villa are exposed like antique porcelain and silverware, old photos and other stylish things dates back between the 19th and the 20th century.

Villa Annalisa (300m²) is spread over three floors and features an elegant style with beautiful terraces where you can enjoy the view of the Old Town. On the terrace there is a nice heated swimming pool and also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue perfect for your evenings. Five spacious suites with ensuite bathrooms accommodate up to 10 guests. This luxurious villa is also great for a very private wedding party, family vacation or any occasions.

Step inside: on the ground floor stone archway leads into a furnished loggia, open living room with direct sea view, a living room and a comfortable dining area with sea view. The open-concept space features a comfortable TV lounge, a circular dining table, and plentiful windows. Soothing white surfaces glow with Adriatic light and showcase the wonderful art collection. There is fully equipped kitchen with view on the main terrace, Old Town and Lokrum island.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has walk in closet, a bath tub and opens to a terrace. They all offer an en suite bathroom, a beautiful sea view and view on the Old Town and Lokrum island. Two master bedrooms (36 m² and 40 m²) are on the second floor and offer a walk in closet, a bath tub and magnificent sea view and Old Town view. Unique touches of dazzling artistry include a lush blue tufted headboard and a fabulous wall painting of a seaside scene. The middle floor hallway displays Beba’s vintage picture collection and antique artifacts which Beba’s family kept in family heritage for centuries.

Villa Annalisa covers a rich exterior, hidden from any curious views, within the lovely surroundings of beautiful, Mediterranean style. The second terrace offers a spectacular view on the Old Town and here you will find an interesting floor made of sea stones which remained since the villa was built.
