This luxury villa was built in 2018 and opened in July 2018. It is an amazing 350 sq.mt. villa that includes three bedrooms and one guest house.
Villa Astra stretches on a 4000 sq.m. plot which overlooks the Aegean Sea. It is surrounded by olives and the Mediterranean vegetation.
It is a stylish luxury villa chic and unique. You will enjoy the spectacular views over the crystal clear Aegean Sea. The design is impeccable furnished with modern furniture in the spacious living area. A fully equipped kitchen and the dining space are open space. The three suites feature en suite bathroom each with a private balcony. One additional bedroom is in the guest house, that has a private entrance.
The pool is large and measures 25 m x 17 m. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, sitting outside in one of the lounge chairs that surround the swimming pool. Outdoor, the facilities included are an exterior dining area, the BBQ, and the pool bar.
