This luxury villa rental is located ten minutes from Dubrovnik Old Town, Croatia, the villa’s elite neighbourhood of Lozica translates to tranquility, privacy and pleasure. With Dubrovnik pulsating at an arm’s reach, you’ll sip champagne enveloped in serene vistas breaking from the edge of the infinity pool. Yet, you’re central, close also to the Elaphites, Mljet, Korcula and Peljesac and you can come and go by car or by yacht, as you please.
Villa Cardinale boasts oversized windows and a refined use of white, its 500m² of interiors enjoy plenty of daylight, as well as splendid views of Daksa Island, tiny Grebeni rocks and the turquoise Adriatic Sea. From Swarovski chandeliers and Persian rugs, to art and sculpture of great 20th century names, each detail here was carefully selected to create a sophisticated, yet homey atmosphere. Travertino Navona marble flooring extends throughout common areas, complimenting warm summer days with the cool of its surface. Croatian oak floors infuse the bedrooms with a touch of warmth, while the bathrooms also shine in marble, and some in rather unique kinds, like Travertino Giallo Unique, sourced from an altitude of 4.000 meters in South America.

Villa Cardinale has a nice office with a wonderful view. Exercise in the modernly equipped fitness room or just relax by the pool. The lower level is an open-flow space includes an elegant living room with a 60’’ TV and a state-of the art Arital kitchen with a custom-made table for twelve. The alfresco dining accommodates up to 12 guests. The living area is furnished with prestigious B&B Italia furniture .
There are five suites that accommodates up to 10 guests. Three bedrooms are located on the west side, and two separate guest units on the east, secluded and perfect for older kids, friends or staff. The master bedroom of Cardinale is huge. The master bedroom has some of the most pieces of arts from famous European artists. The ensuite bathrooms has floors are lined with Onyx Verde Pakistan, and walls with Jade Onyx, and the roomy massage tub by the front window truly adds to the impression. Mornings are just unforgettable when you relax in the Jacuzzi while watching dolphins play in the sea outside your window. The spacious and elegant deluxe room next door also enjoys this privileged view from its Jacuzzi, while the deluxe room on the lower level marvels at the sights from either of its two terraces – the shaded or the sunny. The bedrooms on the Villa’s east side are spacious, with subtle décor in neutral colors, accentuated by bright pieces of art. Each room has its own shower bathroom. One room is leveled with the living room and kitchen, while the other one relishes the views from the highest point of the villa, just above the fitness room.
As everything else, sunbathing and swimming are also a special experience here at Villa Cardinale. If you take the staircase and you go down you reach the stone-lined pier, as roomy as a terrace. Like your own slice of the Adriatic shore, the pier is dotted with lounge chairs, but surrounded by rocks – the truly local way of enjoying the beach. Boats up to 15 meters can access here, leaving it up to you to choose between a boat and a car. Actually, at Villa Cardinale you can tailor absolutely everything to your personal liking.
