Villa Carmine is the perfect place where to spend a great vacation enjoying the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Perched on a hedge above Positano with views over Capri in the distance, it is a three-floor featuring five well appointed bedrooms. The center of Positano is located 20-minute drive with its restaurants, shops and the beach. The hydrofoil dock is also located in Positano from where you can take the ferry or a boat and visit Capri.

INTERIOR:

The villa low-key social spaces are arranged on the ground floor and include a dining room that seats comfortably 10 guests adjacent to a sitting area with a large L-shaped sofa and a large screen smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom complete the layout of this floor.

OUTDOOR
Villa Carmine features great outdoor living on its panoramic furnished terrace with dining facilities, sun deck and heated infinity swimming pool.

Your weekly reservation includes: Electricity and A/C, water and final cleaning; Housekeeping service 4 hrs/day, every other day; Daily change of towels; Wi-Fi Internet access; Outdoor pool heating – from October to March, max temperature 80-84 F°; Full gardening and pool cleaning service; Porter service on arrival and departure.

This place is magical!

This place is magical! First off the house is stunning, the property is amazing and so accommodating for large parties. We had 21 people and it fit us all perfectly and they brought us cribs and all the things we needed. We had added a personal chef to our reservation and she was fantastic. The host was great and they also helped us plan excursions for placed near us and made bookings for wine tours, food tours etc. Monica and Elizabeth were great and Chef Orietta, and our pizziera Flavio were so great! Highly recommend this place as its only about 40 min drive from Florence and only 30 mins from Sienna ans San Gimignano. If you want to feel relaxed stay here! You won't regret it!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

Our experience with Haute Retreats this summer was simply the best! Sabrina provided excellent, professional and caring service and was always available to answer questions quickly - even across several time zones. Her expertise in finding the perfect villa in Tuscany for our family vacation and patiently assisting us with other hotel reservations, sending us valuable destination information and recommendations made for an unforgettable vacation. Sabrina’s care and guidance were very much appreciated and I would not hesitate to call on her and Haute Retreats in the future.

Incredible Client Service

We booked a villa in Italy through Haute Retreats but this review is not about that villa (which was excellent) but this review is about the people behind the scenes who run Haute. I was constantly impressed by the availability, patience, knowledge and contacts they had. Every question I had was answered timely, with deep knowledge, and constant patience. In the middle of our trip we had a relatively large emergency with the family and Sabrina was instrumental in helping us get through as painless and quickly as possible. She didn't need to do that, but was coordinating across a few people and coming up with ideas to get us what we needed quickly so we could enjoy the trip. She has earned my respect and appreciation and this is a company that I will continue to go to when I plan my next trip, and the trip after that . . . .
