Villa Eos
Description
Glass-clear, wind-ruffled, and endlessly blue, Villa Eos wakes as dawn spreads across Long Bay. The house, a modern haven that incorporates sun, breeze, and horizon into daily life, rises in three sleek levels above the sand.
The boundaries vanish as soon as you enter: a chef-worthy kitchen with stone worktops and high-end appliances makes cooking seem effortless; a fire pit flickers at dusk; and the living room opens to a spacious terrace with an infinity-edge pool skimming the view. With its five spacious bedrooms that are well-spaced for privacy, spacious social areas that never feel crowded, and sightlines that keep the sea in every conversation, Villa Eos is ideal for couples who travel well together.
This has a relaxed, easy rhythm. On the bright, shallow flats that made Long Bay famous, mornings begin with coffee in the salt air while the pool reflects the sky. From there, they move into swims and lengthy, barefoot walks. The main floor is the focal point of the space, featuring a light-filled great room with a covert entertainment setup, a dining area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass, and a kitchen that truly functions with sensible storage, actual prep surfaces, and island seating that brings everyone together without interfering with the chef’s work.
Early risers can slip out to the water without waking anyone thanks to a master-style suite on this level that boasts direct terrace access and a bath that feels like a tiny spa. A family media lounge is located next to two bedrooms on the first floor, which allows for movie nights and major sporting events to be held without disturbing the rest of the house. The composition’s top floor features two main suites with views of the ocean. Each suite opens onto a private terrace where sunrise seems to have been planned just for you.
Villa Eos blends ease and energy outdoors. The sun deck descends toward a beach deck with fine white sand after circling the horizon pool. A straightforward yoga pavilion captures the trade winds and provides a memorable horizon line for your morning practice. The fire pit brings everyone together for that special place between the sea and the stars as the day grows softer; the breeze cools, laughter carries, and dinner flows organically from the kitchen or grill to a long table where time becomes less significant. The entire house is set up for comfort—fast Wi-Fi for that one call you can’t miss, ceiling fans that pull the breeze, and dependable climate control when you want it—but technology never takes center stage.
The promise is completed by service. Because Villa Eos guests have access to the five-star facilities of the neighboring Long Bay Beach Club, daily housekeeping, concierge services, and easy airport arrangements come naturally. A private chef night one evening, a peaceful pantry replenish the next, a kite lesson when the wind is right, or a boat day when the water is glass-bottom can all be planned or unplanned. Eos is unique among Turks and Caicos Villas because it strikes a balance between a genuine oceanfront location and a contemporary, livable layout, featuring rooms that feel just as good at noon as they do at night, as well as outdoor areas that are stunning without the need for a filter.
If you are planning the ideal Long Bay day, you should begin with a beach walk across ankle-deep sandbars and paddle-quiet water at sunrise, then have a leisurely lunch on the terrace, save the late afternoon for the pool when the light turns honey-gold, and end with stargazing by the fire as the surf becomes quiet. The sense of place is anchored by three local delights: a snorkeling run at Smith’s Reef near Turtle Cove, followed by conch salad; a beginner-friendly kiteboarding session on Long Bay’s waist-deep flats with a certified instructor; and a sunset stroll through Grace Bay’s shops and beachside bars, culminating in a final swim beneath a violet sky.
Planning is kept honest and door-to-door by distances and travel times. The average travel time from Providenciales International Airport (PLS) to Villa Eos is 12–18 minutes during off-peak hours and 20–30 minutes during peak hours. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to Graceway IGA on Leeward Highway, 12 to 18 minutes to get to Graceway Gourmet in Grace Bay, and 12 to 20 minutes to get to the primary pharmacies grouped in the same corridor.
The dining strip in Grace Bay will take 12 to 18 minutes, Leeward or Blue Haven Marina will take 15 to 25 minutes for charters, Smith’s Reef snorkel entries will take about 20 to 25 minutes, and Chalk Sound overlooks will take 25 to 35 minutes. Imagine Long Bay Beach on the southeast shore of Providenciales, which is a direct shot from Leeward Highway toward the coast. It is located at roughly 21.77° N, 72.15° W, and has gorgeously clear, shallow water.
Logistics and arrival are straightforward by design. After arriving at PLS, take a private SUV or a chauffeured transfer along fully paved arterials. The last one to two kilometers are level, well-kept neighborhood lanes that are suitable for all car classes, though an SUV is the most comfortable for parking by the beach and touring the island. The majority of movement is delightfully brief once you’re settled in: a short drive to groceries, a short walk to the beach, and quick hops to eateries or marinas when the mood changes.
The unique blend of three-tiered modern architecture right on Long Bay, a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle woven together by a yoga pavilion, fire-lit evenings, and a horizon pool, as well as exclusive access to Long Bay Beach Club, is what really sets Villa Eos apart. It offers elegant seclusion in a setting that feels both contemporary and distinctly Caribbean.
