Villa Giulia was built in 1500 as a defensive fortification. Now Villa Giulia, after a beautiful renovation, offers our clients a truly relaxing vacation, with the most spectacular views of the bay.
The villa features four bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests. Praiano area is nice and beautiful to explore.
When you book a stay at Villa Giulia your reservation includes: daily continental breakfast, maid service, and cook service at lunch and dinner. Porter service (also included) will be available during your arrival and departure day.
The facilities and amenities that this villa includes are an infinity pool, loungers facing the sea, daybeds and an al-fresco dining area. Villa Giulia includes also a sound system, a satellite TV and WI-Fi connections.
The interiors are breathtaking and complement the stunning location of this home.
This home features stone ceilings and terracotta tile floors enriched with contemporary touches.
The dining area has a nice large table that accommodates ten. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The four bedrooms are beautiful. Two suites have queen beds, en-suite bathrooms and sea views, including a master suite that opens to its own terrace.
The family suite has four twin beds (or two queen beds) and a shared bathroom is ideal for parents traveling with children.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
Villa Giulia is located only 15-minute drive from Conca dei Marini. Grotta dello Smeraldo is an only 20-minute drive from the property. The ideal way to discover this area is by car or boat that we can arrange for you.

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 15 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Italian government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Italy that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning against Italy must exist.
