This private home features five suites. The setting of Villa Pericos is just perfect you will enjoy golf and beach getaway, and we can arrange so many adventure experiences in the nearby national parks.
The transportation from LIR (Liberia International airport) is included. You have a spacious free parking available and a garage.
Outside the villa features al-fresco sitting and dining areas, a sunny terrace with lounge chairs, the infinity pool and an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and barbecue invites you to linger on the terrace to watch the sunset. A hot tub is set outside as well, perfect to soak away the day’s round of golf or swimming.
Your reservation includes access to the facilities of the Prieta Beach Club (swimming pool, fitness center, restaurants and more)
Villa Pericos boasts floor to ceiling windows letting the light going through and exposed wood beams enclosing the room add natural texture.
Inside there are comfortable sofas, area rugs and dining chairs in cream color, taupe, copper and blush pink add a subtle warmth.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops and burnt orange leather seats at the breakfast bar.
Villa Pericos has two suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms that share a bathroom: one with a king bed and one with two queen beds.

It is 2 minutes drive from Prieta Beach where you can enjoy the best sunsets, have a walk at Playa Nacascolo, a 5-minute drive away from Playa Cabuyal. You will love to take a surfing lesson, or a fishing boat tour. Playa Hermosa, 22 miles away, or Playa del Coco, 28 miles away where you can have a nice dinner at one of the many restaurants.
