2027 in Turks and Caicos: the weeks that book first
Luxury travelers are booking further ahead than a year ago: in October 2026 Travel Weekly reported that a leading luxury operator’s median lead time in the US market has lengthened by 20%, and at Virtuoso Travel Week in August, advisors reported future leisure sales one and two years out up 50%.
For Christmas, New Year and Easter the beachfront estates on Grace Bay and Long Bay, and the houses on Ambergris Cay, are confirmed 9 to 12 months before arrival, so the 2027 calendar is being written now. Choose a week to see which villas are free, or tell us your month and how flexible you are.
Haute Retreats offers more than 160 luxury villas in Turks and Caicos, from beachfront estates on Grace Bay and Long Bay to canal-side houses in Leeward and lagoon villas on Chalk Sound, to estates on Ambergris Cay, a private island with its own runway. Every villa is chosen with partners and property managers based on the island, and every booking includes a 24/7 concierge. Tell us your dates and your group: a Turks and Caicos specialist replies within 24 hours with three to five villas that fit, and their current rates.
Signature villas
Three signature Turks and Caicos villas
A starting point, chosen to show the range: a beachfront estate on Grace Bay, the largest house on a private island, and a modern beach house on Long Bay.

Villa Hawksbill
An eight-bedroom main villa and the three-bedroom Beach House, directly on the sand at Grace Bay, with a tennis court, a gym, a cinema room and a private dock. Fully staffed, with a chef, a butler and a beach attendant; it can also be taken as six or eight bedrooms.

Dream Estate at Ambergris Cay
Two villas, two oceanfront bungalows and two cottages around four heated pools, with two private entrances to the beach. Fully staffed and all-inclusive, from meals in the island’s restaurants to the spa, the golf carts and the airport transfers; the island’s own runway takes private jets.

Villa Kailoa
A two-story house above Long Bay, with an infinity lap pool that has a shallow end for children, a hot tub, a private tennis and pickleball court, and its own kiteboard launch on the beach. Daily housekeeping is included.

The Haute Retreats difference
What a stay with Haute Retreats includes
Turks and Caicos has many villas to rent. What we add is the knowledge of the people on the island, the planning before you arrive and the care while you are there.
Chosen with the people on the island
Our Turks and Caicos villas are chosen with partners and property managers based on the island, who know each house, its staff and how it runs from day to day.
The Haute Standard
A 21-day pre-arrival protocol on every booking: preferences and dietary needs captured, the house team briefed, provisioning set, transfers timed to your flights, and a written run-of-stay before you leave home.
Every inclusion in writing
Staff and inclusions differ from house to house, and we set them out before you pay. At Villa Hawksbill, for example, the chef, the butler and the housekeepers are included, and the food is charged separately.
A welcome in person
Every guest is greeted in person on arrival with a welcome amenity chosen for the house, and a member of the local team is on hand throughout the stay. Boats, chefs, drivers and tables are arranged by your 24/7 concierge.
Destination guide
Turks and Caicos villa rentals: the complete guide
A villa is the natural way to stay in Turks and Caicos. Most of the houses are on Providenciales, where Grace Bay, Long Bay and Leeward are minutes apart by car and the airport is about twenty minutes away, so the week is spent on the beach and the water, not in transit. Turks and Caicos ranks second, after Tuscany, in our Billionaire Villa Index 2026.
Where the best villas are
Grace Bay is the address most guests ask for first: beachfront estates on soft white sand and calm water, with the restaurants close by. Long Bay, a few minutes away, is wide and shallow, with the steady trade winds that make it the island’s kitesurfing beach. Leeward has gated communities and canals with private docks on the Leeward Channel. The south shore is the quiet side of the island: the peninsula of Turtle Tail between a lagoon and the open sea, the still turquoise of Chalk Sound and the sheltered curve of Sapodilla Bay. Twenty minutes away by air, Ambergris Cay is a private island with its own runway.
Villas for families and large groups
Villa Hawksbill on Grace Bay and Dream Estate at Ambergris Cay each sleep 22 in eleven bedrooms; Villa Salacia sleeps 18 in a main house and five guest cottages; Villa Paradisa and Villa The Point sleep 16 in eight. Some houses can be taken with fewer bedrooms: Villa Hawksbill as six or eight, Villa Salacia as seven. For young children, Long Bay, where the water stays shallow a long way out, and the sheltered curve of Sapodilla Bay are the natural choice.
Getting to Turks and Caicos
Providenciales International Airport has nonstop flights from many US cities, among them Miami, Charlotte, Atlanta, New York, Philadelphia and Washington: about two hours from Miami and around four from New York. Ambergris Cay is a further twenty-minute flight, and its runway takes private jets. Your concierge times every transfer to your flight, and the villa is stocked before you arrive.
Staff, chefs and minimum stays
Many of our Turks and Caicos villas come with staff. Villa Paradisa includes a chef, a butler, a housekeeping team and roundtrip airport transfers; at Solara a chef, a villa host and a housekeeper look after the house; at Dream Estate the island hosts run the day and meals in the island’s restaurants are included. Elsewhere daily housekeeping is the base and a private chef can be added, as at Villa Sunset Bay in Leeward. Minimum stays are set by each villa: Villa Emerald Bay on Turtle Tail asks for four nights for most of the year, five over Thanksgiving and Christmas and seven over New Year. We confirm the minimum for your dates in writing.
When to go
The best time to visit Turks and Caicos
The islands are warm all year. Each season suits a different trip.
The holidays
Christmas, New Year and the school holidays: the island at its busiest, and the weeks that book first.
High season
Sunny weeks and calm water, with Presidents’ week and Easter at the peak. Humpback whales pass Ambergris Cay between January and April.
Summer
Long, warm days and warm water, with little rain in May and June.
The quiet season

Book 9 to 12 months ahead for Christmas, New Year and Easter, and 6 to 9 months ahead for the rest of the winter season.
