La Dolce Vita is classical in a part of the world that mostly builds modern. The house is golden stone, reached up a tree-lined gravel drive, with arched windows, lanterns hung from the ceilings and wrought-iron detail throughout — more Mediterranean villa than Caribbean beach house, and more than 12,300 square feet of it. It sits on a limestone and coral bluff above Long Bay, on four gated acres with 430 feet of its own beachfront. Nine en-suite bedrooms across two wings of the main house and a guest cottage sleep eighteen. Two chefs and two butlers run the house, housekeeping is daily, and the airport transfers in both directions are included. Where exactly is La Dolce Vita?
The estate is on Long Bay, on the south-east shore of Providenciales. Long Bay is the quiet alternative to Grace Bay: a long sweep of white sand with very shallow, calm water that runs out a long way from the shore, steady trade winds, and very few buildings. It is the best kitesurfing beach in Turks and Caicos, which is why watersports here are non-motorised — paddleboards, kayaks and kites rather than jet skis.
Grace Bay’s restaurants and shops are a short drive across the island, and the airport transfers are part of the stay.
What is the house like inside?
The scale is the first thing: more than 12,300 square feet of open-plan living, with neutral interiors that let the stone, the arched windows and the sea views do the work. A grand piano stands in the main living room. There is a pool table, a gym, a fully equipped kitchen for the two chefs, smart televisions and Wi-Fi throughout.
The estate is fully gated, and the house is set well back from the road behind its drive and gardens, so the privacy is real rather than a promise.
How are the bedrooms arranged?
Nine bedrooms, nine en-suite bathrooms, eighteen guests, split across two wings of the main house and a separate guest cottage. That split is what lets several families share the estate without sharing a corridor.

Seven of the nine rooms face the sea. The master suite has its own outdoor bathing area. The guest cottage, looking over the gardens, suits grandparents, a nanny, or older teenagers who want their own space.
What is outside?
Four acres of mature gardens running to the sea. The heated main pool is fed by a wraparound infinity pool that spills into it, with a hot tub beside them and reflecting pools set into the gardens. There is shaded seating through the grounds, a barbecue grill, and a sunken fire pit with warm outdoor lamps for the evenings.
Below the bluff is 430 feet of private beach on Long Bay, with shallow, calm water that is ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking and, for the confident, kitesurfing lessons.
Is the villa staffed?
Fully. Two chefs cook for the house, two butlers look after the party through the day, and housekeeping runs daily. Round-trip VIP airport transfers are included. A dedicated concierge handles the rest of the stay.

A few days at La Dolce Vita
Breakfast from the chefs on the terrace, then paddleboards out across the shallow water of Long Bay before the wind picks up.
A first kitesurfing lesson on the beach in front of the house, while the rest of the party stays between the infinity pool and the hot tub.
A boat day to Iguana Island and Half Moon Bay, back for a long lunch in the gardens.
The last evening: dinner outside, the sunken fire pit lit, and someone finally playing the grand piano.
