Large Group Villas Turks and Caicos: Grace Bay Estates for Three Generations
For three generations under one roof in Turks and Caicos, the villas that work best are on and around Grace Bay, and they are chosen for their layout as much as their size. Villa Hawksbill sleeps 22 in eleven bedrooms, Villa Sole e Mare 20, Villa Salacia 18 and Villa The Point 16, while Emerald Breeze and Villa Awa each sleep 12; a few minutes away on Long Bay, Villa Paradisa sleeps 16, and on the private island of Ambergris Cay, Dream Estate sleeps 22. Each of these houses comes with a house team and a heated pool, and all are part of our Turks and Caicos villa rentals. Tell us who is coming and your dates: a specialist replies within 24 hours with three to five villas that fit, and their current rates.

What makes a villa work for three generations
A large house is not the same as a house for a large family. When grandparents, parents and children travel together, these are the things that decide whether the week works.
- Room to be apart. Grandparents sleep better a few steps from the noise, in a guest house, a pavilion or a ground-floor suite with its own door. Villa Hawksbill has a guest house and a Beach House, Villa Salacia five bedrooms in separate buildings, Villa Paradisa a pavilion of two suites, and Emerald Breeze a private guesthouse wing.
- A room for the children. A bunk room keeps the cousins together and the parents’ suites quiet: Emerald Breeze, Villa Hawksbill and Villa The Point each have one. At Villa Awa, three of the upstairs bedrooms have two queen beds each.
- Water for every age. Every house on this page has a heated pool. For the youngest swimmers, Long Bay and the eastern end of Grace Bay are the places to look: at Villa Paradisa the water is shallow so far out that children can wade a long way and still stand.
- One table, and someone to cook for it. The meal that matters most is dinner with everyone at the table, and a private chef means no one has to leave it. Ask which meals are covered and whether the food is in the rate: at Villa Hawksbill the chef is included and the groceries are charged separately.
- A house team. Butlers, housekeeping and a concierge mean the parents get a break too. The staff differ from house to house, and we set them out in writing before you book; our guide to what a fully staffed villa really means explains what to ask.
- Short distances. The airport is 15 to 20 minutes from the Grace Bay area, so the first afternoon is spent in the pool, not in a car.
Families are traveling this way more often. At its Travel Week in Las Vegas in August 2026, Virtuoso, the luxury travel network, reported that multigenerational and family travel led the trips clients are asking for more of, cited by 69 percent of its advisors.
Emerald Breeze: a house laid out for three generations
Emerald Breeze is a new house on the eastern tip of Providenciales, in the Grace Bay area, and its plan suits a family of three generations unusually well. Five bedrooms are in the main house: four king suites, each with an ocean-view balcony or deck, two of them with a bathtub, and a bunk room for the children with its own ocean-view balcony. The sixth bedroom is in the guesthouse, a completely private wing with a king bed, its own deck and an ocean view, for grandparents or another couple.
| Generation | What they need | At Emerald Breeze |
|---|---|---|
| Grandparents | Quiet and privacy, in a room apart that still feels part of the house | The guesthouse wing, with a king bed, its own deck and an ocean view |
| Parents | A suite of their own, and a week off from cooking and planning | Four king suites in the main house, a private chef for three meals a day and maid service every day |
| Children and teenagers | Space to be together, water and things to do | The bunk room, a heated infinity pool, and kayaks, paddleboards and snorkeling close by |
The infinity pool is heated, and when the midday sun is high, the palms and the deep overhangs of the house give it shade. Blue Haven Marina is two to four minutes away by car, the reefs off Smith’s Reef and Bight Reef are close for snorkeling, and the Leeward Channel and its mangroves make a calm paddle at sunrise. Most of the year the minimum stay is four nights; over New Year, from December 26 to January 3, it is seven.
Staff and service: fully staffed, with a private chef for three meals a day, maid service seven days a week, a private transfer from the airport, a welcome basket and our concierge.

A day at Emerald Breeze, three generations together
Morning. The chef has breakfast on the terrace by the pool. The children are in the water before the coffee is finished, and the grandparents take the shade under the overhang. Those who are up early have already paddled the Leeward Channel at sunrise.
Midday. Kayaks and paddleboards for the teenagers, or a boat from Blue Haven Marina, arranged by the concierge, for a day out on the water. Lunch is back at the house, and the guesthouse, apart from the main house, is a quiet place for a rest.
Late afternoon. A snorkel at Coral Gardens on Bight Reef, when the light is low and the water still warm.
Evening. Dinner for everyone at the long table, cooked by the chef, then the fire pits, while the youngest are asleep in the bunk room.

Planning a multigenerational stay in Turks and Caicos
- When to book. Nine to twelve months ahead for Christmas, New Year, Easter and the months from June to September; six to nine months ahead for the rest of the year. The largest houses are the first to go.
- Minimum stays. Each villa sets its own: usually four nights for most of the year, and seven over New Year. We confirm the minimum for your dates in writing.
- Getting there. Providenciales has nonstop flights from many US cities, about two hours from Miami and around four from New York, and the Grace Bay area is 15 to 20 minutes from the airport. Your concierge times every transfer to your flights.
- The season. The islands are warm all year. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30, and your specialist advises on the weeks; see the best time to visit Turks and Caicos.
- Fewer bedrooms. Some estates can be taken in part: Villa Hawksbill with six or eight bedrooms, Villa Salacia with seven.
How we plan a stay for three generations
Our Turks and Caicos villas are chosen with partners and property managers based on the island, who know each house, its staff and how it runs from day to day. Every booking follows a 21-day pre-arrival plan: everyone’s preferences and dietary needs captured, from the grandparents to the youngest, the house team briefed, the kitchen stocked and the transfers timed to your flights. The staff and what is included are set out in writing before you pay. On arrival you are greeted in person, a member of the local team is on hand throughout the stay, and your 24/7 concierge arranges the boats, the chefs, the drivers and the tables.

Among our Turks and Caicos villas, Villa Hawksbill on Grace Bay sleeps 22 in eleven bedrooms, Villa Sole e Mare 20, Villa Salacia 18, and Villa The Point and Villa Paradisa 16 each. For a private island, Dream Estate at Ambergris Cay sleeps 22 and is all-inclusive. Each of them comes with a house team and a heated pool.
Which part of Turks and Caicos is best for a multigenerational family?
Grace Bay, for most families: soft white sand, calm water, the restaurants close by and large beachfront estates. With very young children, Long Bay is worth a look, because the water stays shallow a long way out. For complete privacy, Ambergris Cay is a private island twenty minutes away by air.
Can grandparents have their own space in a Turks and Caicos villa?
Yes. Emerald Breeze has a private guesthouse wing, Villa Paradisa a separate pavilion of two suites, and Villa Salacia five bedrooms in separate buildings. Villa Sole e Mare, Villa The Point and Villa Awa have suites on the ground floor.
Do large villas in Turks and Caicos come with a chef and staff?
The houses on this page do, but what is included differs from house to house. At Villa Hawksbill the chef is included and the groceries are charged separately, while Dream Estate is all-inclusive, with meals in the island’s restaurants. We set out the staff, their hours and the meals covered in writing before you book.
How far in advance should we book a large villa in Turks and Caicos?
Nine to twelve months ahead for Christmas, New Year, Easter and the months from June to September, and six to nine months ahead for the rest of the year. The largest houses and the holiday weeks are the first to go.
How much does a large group villa in Turks and Caicos cost?
It depends on the house, the dates, how many bedrooms you open and what is included, from the staff to the food. We quote the villas available for your dates, with everything that is included set out in writing.
Villas, bedrooms, staff and minimum stays checked against each villa’s listing in October 2026.
