Tucked away on a quiet, private cul-de-sac, Villa Saint Jean is located in a short stroll from the endearing waters of the picturesque Base de Cannebiers, on the other side of the peninsula from the popular Pampelonne Beach, considered the perfect bay to moor your boat and where to enjoy an enchanting stretch of beach with its powdery sand and soothing umbrella pines.
Only a few meters away there is the access to the sea and a small cove is round the corner to enjoy a dip in the Mediterranean.
The most luxurious materials have been used to design this villa and elegant furniture throughout to provide a unique experience. The villa comes with full service to take care of all your needs: champagne welcome service, complimentary mineral water/tea/coffee, daily maid service, concierge, house manager, chef, butler change of linen twice a week, change of towels as needed, luxury toiletries (Occitane) in all bathrooms and final cleaning.
There are 5 appointed suites: one master suite with 2 bathrooms (one for Monsieur with a shower room, one for Madame with a bathtub), 4 guests bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; plus one apartment for the staff with a double room, lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
The villa includes of a large living room with large sofas and flat screen TV, dining room, large terraces with dining and lounge area and a 20mt long heated pool. The large kitchen is fully equipped with Gaggenau and Kitchen Aid appliances.
The outdoor area boasts a patio with a large summer lounge, dining area in the shaded terrace, two other terraces at the front with summer lounges, the pool area with lounge chairs and sound system throughout the property.
Villa Saint Jean boasts AC, fully integrated video/audio system with Ultron sound system and a state of the art alarm system.
