Villa Sansarea
Description
Villa Sansarea is located on the tranquil south coast of Korcula, with views of the Adriatic Sea and Lastovo Island in the distance. The villa itself is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens full of olive trees and lemon trees as well as a dense pine forest behind it that ensures privacy but is also a perfect setting for nature lovers.
The center spot at the villa is taken by an infinity swimming pool spanning 50 square meters which ensures nice refreshing moments. Alternatively ladies and gentlemen can directly enjoy the sparkling sea through private stairs having sun beds for sun bathing or boat mooring space for trips around the islands.
The terraces of each floor are designed so that they provide enough place to enjoy panoramic view throughout the day and breathtaking sunset every evening. The largest main terrace measures over 200 square metres while it has a lovely lounge area suitable for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Besides there is also al fresco dining area shaded by a pergola where you will find a barbecue with charcoal grill.
There is also a fully equipped gym next door to the main villa for those who would like to keep fit during their holidays.
Inside, high ceilings and glass walls allow natural light and sea breezes to fill the space. Minimalist contemporary art works, designer furniture, and carefully selected accessories create an up-to-date stylish atmosphere.
Main living room represents two-storey open atrium embracing wide spaces. Sofas are placed all around TV set on first floor where as beautiful chandelier hanging above elegant twelve seated dining table completes this area. Miele appliances fill up open-space kitchen. Another seating space leading to smaller balcony is upstairs.
The main house consists of six luxurious bedrooms together with one annex bedroom downstairs in addition. Every bedroom has got its own bathroom and large balcony overlooking sea below while each room has king-size bed except one twin bedroom in annex.
One daughter-room may be converted into twins accommodating more friends whereas annexe can offer more privacy.
