The villa’s two master suites are decorated with natural accents and high-quality linens, creating a cozy, refined feel. Each ensuite bathroom is spacious and bright, continuing the home’s signature contrast of light tones with dark wood cabinetry and frames. The open-concept living and dining areas flow out to a spacious terrace through floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an uninterrupted connection to the spectacular views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with professional stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing memorable meals during your stay.
The lower terrace features infinity and plunge pools, surrounded by comfortable wooden lounge chairs, and a dining area with a bar and BBQ positioned to take full advantage of the stunning vista. Upper and lower terraces provide ample outdoor space to enjoy the magnificent surroundings of Casa de las Risas.
Inside, the main living area offers a large TV with live streaming and sports access, and four of the five bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for additional entertainment.
As a guest at Casa de las Risas, located within the prestigious Palmilla community, you have access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis facilities (fees apply; reservations required). Dining at the One & Only Palmilla resort can also be arranged, subject to availability.
The villa is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
Note: Starting January 2025, the Palmilla Golf Course will transition to a fully private course and will require membership for access.
