This brand-new residence, which is tucked away inside the upscale Hacienda enclave of Puntacana Resort & Club, combines modern architecture with a cozy, tropical vibe. It features high ceilings, spacious open-plan areas, and large glass doors that blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.
With a private check-in, welcome drinks and snacks, daily maid service, and a dedicated butler and chef who can prepare up to three meals per day plus snacks, your stay is fully catered, making the rhythm of the day seem effortless. Gratuities are expected at a minimum of 8% (10% recommended), based on the rental amount before taxes and fees, and food and drinks are extra.
Once your reservation is complete, a concierge is assigned to handle everything from golf cart rentals and airport transfers to excursions, in-villa massages, menu planning, and even grocery runs so you can arrive and enjoy your vacation.
Hacienda A25’s outdoor haven, which includes a large private yard, an infinity pool, and a sunlit terrace surrounded by well-kept vegetation, is the center of daily life. The heated Jacuzzi is ready for late-night relaxation under Caribbean skies, and the pool can be heated for US$150 per night if you want an additional layer of luxury. With a private theater for movie evenings and a TV-equipped outdoor bar for afternoon games or evening cocktails, you can create a villa that keeps all generations content without ever leaving the house.
Hacienda A25, which can accommodate up to 12 people (including kids), has seven bathrooms, six ensuite bedrooms, and Smart TVs in every room. The main master suite, which has a king bed and easy access to the main living areas, is located on the ground floor. Five other suites are located upstairs, including two bedrooms with two queen beds each, two additional king bedrooms, and a king bedroom connected to a kids’ room with twin bunk beds.
These suites are perfect for families and groups who want privacy and togetherness. A higher occupancy may be taken into consideration upon request with prior approval if your party consists of children under the age of twelve. Please be aware that a minimum of one employee is on duty around-the-clock and stays in the staff area when not.
The closest arrival point is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), which is refreshingly easy to get to. Depending on gate procedures and traffic flow, it usually takes 10 minutes by car. On request, round-trip airport transportation can be arranged as a free courtesy service, coordinated with an outside provider.
Since pickup circumstances can change due to airport traffic, flight delays, and operational factors, it’s wise to have a backup plan in place—taxis and other modes of transportation are always available at PUJ. Golf carts are perfect for moving around the community on the resort’s paved, easy-to-drive roads; however, golf carts are not allowed outside the resort, so private transportation is required. Set your GPS to the Puntacana Resort & Club entrance area (roughly 18.53917, -68.36222) for map cues, then proceed toward Hacienda Estates by following internal signage.
Everyday necessities and unique experiences are close enough to feel impromptu from the villa: BlueMall Puntacana is about 7 minutes away by car for extra shopping and services, and Puntacana Village (for groceries, pharmacies, cafés, and casual dining) is about 5 minutes away. Within the resort, it takes about five minutes by golf cart to reach La Cana Beach and Golf Club and the Six Senses Spa, five minutes to reach the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center, ten minutes to reach Playa Blanca Beach, and thirteen minutes to reach Corales Golf Club.
