The space
The main lounge space of this unique villa presents itself at first entrance, it is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV. Whilst a complimentary and private second living room includes a sofa suite, accompanying chairs, a coffee table and lamp lighting. Both beautiful communal rooms overlook the property’s private pool and beachfront views. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessities for a seamless stay and the villa has a well-lit dining room with a vibrant interior and table to seat eight.
Master Bedroom
The master suite offers soft dusky blues to give a calm reflection of the sea surround, a modern polished four-poster bed with bedside tables, twin seating with coffee table, seated vanity, fitted wardrobes and a private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf below.
Other bedrooms
This extra-large luxury villa can accommodate up to 13 people, offering seven double bedrooms in total. The six rooms that accompany the master suite each contain a queen size double bed with premium bedding, bedside tables and lamp lighting. Each room has fully dressed windows for dream-filled nights, fitted wardrobes for all of your holiday essentials and en suite bathrooms with fitted tubs and shower facilities.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy every part of this villa’s bountiful luxury such as its private pool, patio, and garden that leads on to the beach. As part of one of Dubai’s most exemplary developments; The Palm Jumeirah, this villa has supermarkets that deliver, beauty parlours close by, barber salons and even a tailor.
Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
