Villa Sierra Heights is the ultimate in luxury and glamour, located on a Bird Streets cul-de-sac in Hollywood Hills, offering peace and tranquility but close to everything you could wish for from shopping and dining to Sunset Strip nightlife.

Sierra Heights is set on a hill above Sunset Strip and this gorgeous home has made the most of its setting with a sweeping terrace that boasts views out over Los Angeles. The terrace features a beautiful lounge area with comfortable seating, set around a stylish outdoor gas fire. There are steps down to loungers facing the infinity pool and hot tub where you can enjoy the Californian sunshine during the day and turn on the heat lamps or the fire pit to stay lovely and warm in the evenings.

Step inside this luxury home where you will find luxurious polished white floors, modern, clean décor and gorgeous floor to ceiling picture windows, which you can go in and out with the feeling of unlimited space. With exquisite modern furnishings, it has been designed to perfection. In one of the relaxing seating areas, you will find a curving cream coloured sofa and in another overstuffed leather armchairs and Eames loungers just waiting for you to relax and enjoy the views.

The furniture includes a Tiffany table and Delfin chairs that create the perfect setting for dinner with friends. We will be delighted to arrange a Private Chef to come to the home, prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests.

Villa Sierra Heights features five amazing and appointed five suites. The clean modern lines of the master suite with wraparound windows on three sides with views out over the city, literally takes your breath away. With a king sized bed, luxurious lounge seating to enjoy the panoramic city views, walk in closet and a second lounge area with American walnut flooring, this really is a suite of dreams. The en-suite bathroom has a stand alone bathtub, positioned so that you can enjoy the city views whilst you take a long hot soak, as well as a step in shower with rain showerhead/steam shower and, dual vanity. Junior suite 2 has a queen size bed, view of the city and a desk. The en-suite bathroom has a step in shower with rain showerhead. Junior suite 3 has a queen size bed, stunning floor to ceiling windows letting the views of the city flood in, a high table with two chairs plus a comfortable chair for relaxing. It also has a stunning modern en-suite bathroom with step in shower with rain showerhead and benefits from direct access to the terrace and the pool.

The fifth bedroom is a Twin suite, ideal for children with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that has a shower with a rain showerhead.

There is also a beautiful fitness room and a home theater.
