The Villa
Conceived by SARCO Architects and honoured for its striking contemporary design, Villa Avellana is all about fluid, open spaces and uninterrupted ocean views. Architecture, landscape, and coastline blend together so that life moves effortlessly from shaded lounge to pool to beach.
Outdoor Living
A 25-metre infinity pool anchors the main terrace, perfectly sized for morning laps and lazy afternoon floats. A bubbling Jacuzzi and wet-lounge sunbeds invite you to stay poolside from sunrise to sunset. Multiple covered lounges, an outdoor bar for poolside cocktails, and a series of al fresco dining areas make it easy to gather together or drift into quieter corners. The expansive outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue and pizza oven, turns dinners into relaxed, open-air events.
High on the hillside, a two-storey yoga pavilion overlooks the bay. The upper terrace is made for sunrise and sunset sessions, while the level below houses tranquil treatment rooms where therapists can restore you after a day on the water or the trails.
Bedrooms
Up to 23 guests are accommodated in ten spacious, thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Most feature king beds and sweeping ocean views; two double rooms and a bunk room bring welcome flexibility for larger families and those travelling with children. Garden-facing rooms feel immersed in the tropical landscape, while sea-view suites frame the Pacific as a living artwork.
