Villa Figline 1 dates back to the 15th century and it was recently restored and transformed into an exquisite luxury villa for up to 14 guests in Tuscany, Italy.
This elegant three-story home is nestled in an exclusive estate which includes other six villas as well and boasts an impeccable manicured park (5000 sqf). Villa Figline 1 is perfect for large parties or special reunions. The villa is cozy and features that Tuscan style with a superlative quality of the furnishings. The location near Florence is sought-after, only 25 minutes by car or 30 minutes by train. A picture-postcard escape that you will enjoy.
Inside:
You step inside through a large lobby to access the main living area of the villa. The French doors open onto a beautiful loggia furnished with tables and chairs for alfresco lunches and dinners. The living room features a fireplace and next to the living room there is the elegant dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances. On this floor there is also a guests’ bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with bathtub; one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and wall shower; one common living room. In the towers (attic floor) there are: a large double bedroom with a lovely view, a single bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom with large shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Cottage:
Elegantly furnished with great attention to detail, the cottage is set on 2 levels.
On the ground floor there is a living room furnished with a sofa, armchairs and digital TV. Following a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with large shower).
On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom (with large shower).
Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. After a visit of Florence you should head and visit the enchanted medieval villages like San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena to name a few, exploring and enjoying the rolling hills. Not to mention the spectacular Chianti area, a blessed land renown to be a large wine-producing region of Tuscany.
