St-Jean and the airport are typically 15 to 20 minutes away, while Gustavia’s harbor, shops, supermarkets, and dining options are typically accessible in 10 to 15 minutes, depending on traffic. A small automatic car is ideal for the last 1-2 kilometers up to hillside villas on St. Barths, which are typically on narrow, winding paved roads with a few steeper sections.
