Villa Serene is developed in two levels. The outdoor spaces include an alfresco dining area, a large swimming pool with sea view, a private parking space for more than one a car.
What is Haute about this villa: the direct access to the beach through a private path. Inside there are two separate levels. The interior has that traditional Greek architecture, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The upper level includes the living room, the kitchen, the dining area and 3 ensuite bedrooms (one of the three is a master bedroom). On this level there are also the laundry and the children’s playroom. Two spacious suites are located on the lower level with view of Ftelia Bay, and these room feature a share balcony.
