Yes. From the moment your booking is confirmed, you will be introduced to your dedicated Haute Retreats concierge, who will tailor your stay with bespoke services and experiences.
Our in-house concierge team works during regular office hours in close partnership with a trusted local home management company in each destination. Before you arrive, your concierge will help you plan everything from airport transfers and chef services to restaurant reservations, yacht charters and wellness treatments.
Once in residence, the local villa staff and management team become your on-the-ground point of contact, supported by us in the background.
Pre-arrival concierge planning is included with every reservation; however, fees may apply to the individual services booked (such as chefs, drivers or excursions).
Yes. All Haute Retreats guests receive an in-person welcome at the villa.
A local representative or villa manager will greet you on arrival, walk you through the property, and explain how everything works – from Wi-Fi and lighting to pool safety and staff schedules. A thoughtfully curated welcome basket will be waiting for you.
Throughout your stay, this local team is available to assist with any questions, special requests, or emergencies, so you always feel looked after.
To confirm a villa reservation, we ask you to:
Sign our rental agreement
Provide a copy of your passport (and any additional documents required by the villa or destination)
Process the deposit payment via bank transfer or credit card
Depending on the property, a 30% or 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is typically due 60 or 90 days prior to arrival.
Most of our luxury homes also require a refundable security/damage deposit, payable with the final balance or secured on a credit card. Full payment terms and deadlines are clearly outlined in your personalised booking documents.
