The villa features four bedrooms, with large glass sliding doors that open directly onto terraces, gardens, and a private rooftop pool overlooking the endless ocean. Upon entering, you’ll find a staircase leading to both the lower and first floors. The entrance level includes two bedrooms with stunning ocean views, each with a large double bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite shower room, and separate dressing room.

The first floor is an open space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring an American double fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster. This area also includes a stylish living room with comfortable beach-inspired decor, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area with seating for eight—a perfect spot for morning coffee or a leisurely dinner.

The east and west-facing terraces offer fabulous views of Salema beach, the village, and the fishing boats below. The master bedroom, located on this floor, has a large double bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bath/shower room with a standalone bathtub, and a separate dressing room, all with stunning water views. Natural light fills the space, and there is access to a large terrace overlooking the coastline and Salema beach.

On the lower floor, there is another bedroom with a large double bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite shower room, and separate dressing room, with direct access to the enclosed parking area.

The rooftop features a private infinity pool with a fully furnished terrace and parasols, perfect for outdoor living and entertaining. There is also an atelier with a bathroom.
