THE VILLA
After you have finalized the reservation for your villa, a concierge will be assigned to help with pre-arrival arrangements and assist you during your stay. The concierge is responsible for organizing airport transfers, golf cart rentals, activities and excursions, massages, menu planning, and supermarket purchases.

There’s also private roundtrip transfers from Punta Cana Airport, welcome drinks and snacks, luxury bathroom amenities, and private check-in at the property. At our place we have cable TV and high-speed WiFi so that you can always remain connected.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes.
NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
