St Helena Estate

St Helena Estate is located at the epicentre of the 2 famous Napa & Sonoma valleys, atop the world renowned Spring Mountain, where you can find the most famous wineries.

From the hedge where the villa is located you can enjoy the most panoramic views of both valleys from a splendid variety of outdoor living areas at this perch of 2500 ft, the 1400 sq ft summit deck, the hot tub, numerous daybeds on the pool deck, or any of the deeply upholstered outdoor loungers scattered throughout the property. A commercial barbecue, 2 fire pits, bocce court, al-fresco dining for twenty four and a floral/herb cutting garden are all available. If you’d prefer to entertain indoors, the dining table extends for 16 plus a second table can be added to accommodate up to 24. There is a 70” wide-screen with surround sound in the Media Room, and a Sonos sound system throughout.
From its vine-covered pergolas to its eclectic furnishings, this stylish vacation home feels more like a European estate. Indeed, the majority of the bohemian mix of antique furnishings and artifacts that abound are from the European continent. The refined look and attention to every detail continue in the 2 professionally equipped kitchens.
There are five suites in the main Ranch House (2 kings and 3 queens). 3 bedrooms in the adjacent Guest House (2 kings and 1 queen), and 3 bedrooms in the Owner’s Residence (3 queens) which is 1000 ft from the other two buildings. It is recommenced that guests staying in the second residence have a car. All but one bedroom in the Owner’s residence has a private, ensuite bath. There are numerous XL twin beds that can be added throughout the property available at an extra cost.
For business meetings or retreats of any kind, we are uniquely well-configured to provide both the mind-expanding natural environment plus the required amenities to truly ensure “blue ocean” level creativity. We have wide-screen televisions, projectors, monitors, etc, and an area that functions perfectly as a small classroom, conference area or separate dining space with adjacent commercial kitchen.

Staying at this house you do not need to choose between the Napa and Sonoma Valley, as its located 22 minutes from St Helena, the center of the Napa valley, and equally 22 minutes from the center of Sonoma valley. It is designed for larger groups and offers luxury amenities continuously, both indoors and out. This is an ideal venue for a business retreat, wine tasting, cocktail party, family retreat or even an intimate Napa Sonoma destination wedding, elopement, rehearsal dinner, or other special occasion.
Napa and Sonoma are primarily agricultural areas thus everything is very spread out and many of the rural roads are 2 lane and winding. The private access road is bucolic, all-weather gravel but narrow with one steep point. 25 minutes from the closest store or cafe and neither Uber nor any restaurant/ food delivery services operate in the vineyard areas, guests need to plan ahead for your groceries, meals, snacks and beverages.
