A Curated Mediterranean Collection
Greece is the most varied villa destination in the Mediterranean. Six thousand islands. Three different seas. A culture that built the templates for democracy, drama, philosophy and the marathon. Today the same coastline that launched the Iliad welcomes a generation of designers, chefs and gallerists who have quietly turned Greece into one of Europe’s most refined luxury markets — without losing the long lunches, the family-run tavernas or the slow rhythm that brings guests back year after year.
Our handpicked Greek villas span nine distinct islands and regions: Mykonos for its design-led estates and beach club energy, Santorini for caldera-edge honeymoon retreats, Crete for olive-grove family compounds, Corfu for Ionian seclusion, Paros for the new Cycladic luxury, and the quieter alternatives on Sifnos, Rhodes and Porto Heli.
Haute Retreats is an award-winning luxury villa rental and concierge brand — not an OTA, not a marketplace. Every property is reviewed and vetted by our team in partnership with the on-island owners and managers we have worked with for years. Every booking includes 24/7 concierge: private chef dinners drawing on local seafood and Cretan olive oil, yacht charters to hidden coves, archaeological-site fast-track access, beach-club reservations at Scorpios and Nammos, helicopter and seaplane inter-island transfers — all arranged before you arrive.

Mykonos for style and beach clubs. Santorini for honeymoons and milestone trips. Crete for families and longer stays. Corfu for lush seclusion. Paros as the thinking traveller’s alternative to Mykonos. Porto Heli on the mainland for yacht-led trips.
Many are. Mykonos and Santorini flagship estates typically include full in-villa teams — chef, butler and daily housekeeping. Smaller Cretan and Corfu villas often offer staff on request. Services vary by villa and are confirmed before booking.
Many include a private chef as standard; others arrange one on request. Local seafood, Cretan olive oil, Santorini cherry tomatoes, fresh feta and dolmades are typical. All bookings include 24/7 concierge for restaurant reservations and provisioning.
Crete villas start from USD 530–$1,500 per night. Mykonos and Santorini range $3,000–$10,000+ per night in peak summer. Ultra-luxury flagships on Mykonos can exceed $25,000+ per night in August. Off-season rates can be 30–50% lower.
Direct international flights to Athens (ATH), with seasonal direct routes to Mykonos (JMK), Santorini (JTR), Heraklion (HER) and Corfu (CFU). Inter-island connections by ferry, domestic flight, helicopter or seaplane. Our concierge arranges everything — including transfers, included with every booking.
Late May to mid-June and September to early October are the sweet spots — warm sea, lower prices, fewer crowds. July and August are peak season with the strongest atmosphere but the highest rates. April brings Greek Easter, one of the country’s most authentic cultural windows.
Exceptionally so. Crete and Corfu are the strongest family choices — large olive-grove compounds, calm beaches, family-run tavernas and warm hospitality. Paros offers calmer Cycladic family stays with shorter ferry distances.
Yes — multi-island itineraries are one of our most-requested Greek concierge services. Helicopter transfers between Athens, Mykonos and Santorini take 30–45 minutes. Seaplanes connect smaller islands. Our concierge plans the full itinerary, including yacht charters between Cycladic harbours.
Founder’s Note
“We don’t list villas we don’t know. Every property in our Greek collection is walked, vetted and championed by the owners and property managers we have worked with for years on the ground. They tell me which Mykonos villa has the chef everyone returns for, which Santorini cave house has the unobstructed sunset, and which Cretan compound works for a wedding of fifty. My job is to bring that knowledge to you — and we have been doing it for fifteen years.”Sabrina PiccininFounder, Haute Retreats

20–25°C. Wildflowers, full restaurant openings, and the country’s most authentic cultural window — Greek Easter (date varies, typically April).
27°C. Warm sea, long days, full beach-club season, lower rates than peak. The best balance of weather and value.
30°C. Peak season, peak atmosphere, peak rates. Mykonos beach clubs at full energy. Book 6–9 months ahead.
26°C. Sea still warm, crowds thinning, restaurants still open. Many returning guests prefer September to peak summer.
