Maddox is an extraordinary luxury villa envisioned by the renowned architect Oliver Messel, gracefully situated on the coveted beach along Barbados‘s serene West Coast. It stands as a captivating testament to the island’s architectural legacy, meticulously restored by Messel in the 1950s and later becoming his personal residence. Greek columns, expansive balconies, and local coral stone reflect his meticulous attention to detail.

Preserving its legacy, Maddox features meticulously landscaped grounds and sophisticated interiors that mirror Messel’s discerning taste. The inviting ground floor boasts spacious rooms for gatherings, and a sea-facing gazebo offers enchanting views of the Caribbean sunset. A classic poolside bar precedes a romantically adorned dining terrace with high ceilings, antique wrought iron fixtures, and a bespoke twelve-seater coral dining table. The estate comprises seven en suite bedrooms spread across three separate buildings: the Main House, Guest Cottage 1, and Guest Cottage 2, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy.

The Master suite on the upper floor features high ceilings, a king-sized upholstered bed, and a private balcony with breathtaking sea views. Guest Cottage One serves as a private sanctuary with garden views, high-scratched pickle ceilings, a king-sized bed, and an en suite with a walk-in shower. The cottage is fully air-conditioned.

Nestled within the lush garden, Guest Cottage Two accommodates guest bedrooms 6 and 7, both equipped with air conditioning and en suites with marble floors and spacious showers.
