It depends on the villa, the week, the staffing included and the length of stay, so we quote each request individually and in writing. Festive weeks, Presidents’ Day, spring break and Easter are the most requested and carry each villa’s longest minimum stay; May to July and the autumn are usually the windows with the most choice. Government tax is added to villa rates.

It varies by house. Many of the estates in this collection include a chef, butler and daily housekeeping in the rate, with three meals a day prepared by the chef; others include housekeeping and have chef service arranged on request. Food and beverage costs usually sit outside the rate. We confirm the inclusions of your villa in writing before you commit.

The collection runs from five-bedroom haciendas to eleven-bedroom estates such as Founders in Cap Cana, which sleeps three families at once. Several houses, Corales 40 and Founders among them, rent at a reduced bedroom count for smaller groups, with the unused bedrooms locked off.

Punta Cana International Airport sits beside Puntacana Resort & Club, so most resort villas are minutes from the terminal and Cap Cana is a short drive. Yes. The gated communities are secure and self-contained, the beaches on the resort side are calm and swimmable, and beach clubs, golf carts and kids’ programmes are close. For eight guests or more, a staffed villa gives the group one house, a private pool, a chef cooking to your menu and no queue at breakfast, usually at a comparable per-person cost to a five-star resort. Families, milestone birthdays and multigenerational trips almost always choose the villa once they have done both.

For Christmas, New Year and Easter, twelve months ahead or more; the finest estates confirm first. For the rest of December to April, six to nine months is comfortable. For May to November, three months is usually enough, and short-notice weeks are often possible. Tell us your dates and we will confirm what is open, with the minimum stay in writing.
