Corales 114
Three pavilions around a French-style courtyard on the Corales Championship Golf Course, with two bedrooms in each. A butler, a private chef, a housekeeper, a gardener and a pool attendant look after the house, and the airport is 8 to 12 minutes away outside peak hours.
Villa Guacamaya

Almost every house we offer sits inside a gated community, where the beach clubs, the golf and the restaurants are a short golf-cart ride or drive from the pool, and the airport is minutes from the gate.
Where the best villas are
Most of our Punta Cana villas are inside Puntacana Resort & Club, a gated resort with two championship courses, P.B. Dye’s La Cana and Tom Fazio’s Corales, beach clubs, a spa and the Ojos Indígenas reserve. Within it, Corales has large houses on the fairways above the sea; Arrecife and Playa Serena are the beach enclaves; Hacienda, around its lakes, is quieter and residential; La Cana and Tortuga Bay sit between the fairways and the beach club. Cap Cana, the second gated community, has Marina Cap Cana, the Jack Nicklaus course at Punta Espada and the beach of Juanillo, where houses such as Villa Guacamaya and Casa Del Mar stand on the sand.
Villas for families and large groups
Most of our Punta Cana villas have five to eight bedrooms. For larger groups, Founders in Cap Cana has eleven bedrooms and can be rented from five of them upward, Londali sleeps 22 in ten bedrooms, and Villa Guacamaya and Ananda sleep 18 and 16. For families, Corales 114 gives the children a pavilion of their own, and Las Ondas has three bedrooms on the ground floor for anyone who would rather skip the stairs.
Getting to Punta Cana
Punta Cana International Airport has nonstop flights from many US cities: about two and a half hours from Miami and under four from New York. Most of our villas are ten to twenty minutes from the airport, and your concierge times the transfer to your flight.
Staff, chefs and minimum stays
Many Punta Cana villas come with a chef, a butler and daily housekeeping: at Las Ondas the chef cooks up to three meals a day, and at Villa Eden a chef, a butler, a housekeeper and a gardener are part of the staffed stay. Food and drink are usually billed separately. Minimum stays are set villa by villa. For most of the year, a short one: Ananda and Corales 40 ask for three nights and Villa Guacamaya for four. Over Thanksgiving many houses ask for four or five, and over Christmas and New Year seven to twelve. We confirm the minimum for your dates in writing.

The best time to visit Punta Cana
Punta Cana is warm all year. The difference between the months is rain, the social calendar and the choice of houses.
The dry season
Clear skies, low humidity and days in the low 80s°F. Christmas, New Year and Presidents’ Day are the weeks that book first.
Easter and after
Easter is one of the most requested weeks of the year; the weeks after it are warm, with more choice of houses.
Summer
Long days and warm water, with more choice at the most requested houses. Hurricane season opens on June 1, and its early weeks are the quietest.
The quiet months
The heart of the Atlantic hurricane season, which peaks from late August to mid-October and ends on November 30. Your specialist advises on the weeks.

What is the best area to rent a villa in Punta Cana?
It depends on the trip. Inside Puntacana Resort & Club, Corales is best for golf and sea views, Arrecife and Playa Serena for beach days, Hacienda for quiet family houses, and La Cana and Tortuga Bay for golf and the beach club together. Cap Cana is best for the marina, Juanillo beach and estates of up to eleven bedrooms.
How far in advance should we book a villa in Punta Cana?
Nine to twelve months ahead for Christmas, New Year and Easter, when the largest estates are reserved first. For other weeks, six to nine months ahead is usually enough.
Are there Punta Cana villas for large groups?
