THE HOUSE

Modern architecture meets the natural Caribbean landscape throughout — open, light-filled living spaces that frame endless blue horizons, served by an elevator across the floors. A private cinema and a separate TV room handle the evenings, a full gym the mornings, and a barbecue and outdoor living area the long afternoons by the sea.

THE SUITES

Seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The second-floor master takes a king bed and a soaking tub; four further rooms offer king beds, and two more hold twin queens with Smart TVs — an easy fit for families or friends sharing. The layout spreads across two levels, with three bedrooms on the ground floor for those who prefer to skip the stairs.

THE SERVICE

Las Ondas comes fully staffed: a private chef preparing up to three meals a day plus snacks, butlers, and daily housekeeping, with at least one staff member discreetly on-site around the clock. A dedicated concierge is assigned the moment you book — coordinating airport transfers, golf-cart rental, excursions, massages, menus and provisioning before you arrive and throughout your stay. THE RESORT

Puntacana Resort & Club is a destination in itself: two championship golf courses (La Cana and Corales), the beach clubs at Playa Blanca and La Cana, seven restaurants and a cigar bar, a full racquet-sports complex, the resort spa, watersports from sailing to scuba, horseback riding and polo, and an ecological reserve of spring-fed lagoons. Cancellation PolicyPAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 3% of the paid amount will be retained.
