Description
Light is the organising principle at Villa La Cana H8. Vaulted ceilings rise above open-plan living areas, and tall windows draw the Caribbean morning through the house until the interiors and the garden read as one continuous room. The decoration is modern and restrained, the kind that gets out of the way and lets a week unfold at its own pace.
Six bedrooms are arranged over two floors, each with its own ensuite bathroom and smart television. Two sit on the ground floor, each with a pair of queen beds — a natural choice for grandparents or for children who want their own wing. Above them are three further rooms, two with twin queens and one with a king, and the master suite, which takes the best of the upper floor with a king bed of its own. The house accommodates fourteen in total.
Outside, a private pool anchors a walled garden laid out for long, unhurried days: a heated jacuzzi for the evening, a barbecue area for the nights the group would rather cook together than sit down formally, and a fitness room for those who keep to their routine wherever they are.
The house is fully staffed. A chef prepares three meals a day, along with whatever is wanted between them, and works to menus agreed in advance with your concierge. A butler and daily maid service attend to the rest. At least one member of staff remains at the property around the clock, quartered away from the living areas, so that the household runs without ever becoming visible.
A concierge is assigned as soon as the reservation is confirmed and stays with you through arrival and the length of the stay — airport transfers, golf carts, tee times, excursions, massages in the villa, provisioning, and the quiet arrangement of a birthday or an anniversary dinner. Private check-in, welcome drinks, bathroom amenities, cable television and high-speed wifi come as standard, and a complimentary roundtrip transfer from Punta Cana International may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
The villa sits within Puntacana Resort & Club, twenty-six square miles of gated coastline ten minutes from the airport, with a temperate climate and light rainfall through the year. Guests have the run of it: the La Cana and Corales championship golf courses, the Playa Blanca and La Cana beach clubs, seven restaurants and a cigar bar, tennis, padel and pickleball, the spa, sailing, kitesurfing, snorkelling and diving, horseback riding and polo, and the spring-fed cenotes of the Ojos Indígenas ecological reserve.
By golf cart, La Cana Beach and the spa are two minutes away, the Oscar de la Renta tennis centre and the ecological reserve five, and Playa Blanca seven. Puntacana Village and BlueMall are a short drive beyond the gates.

Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes.
