Located on the heights of the Domaine du Levant in Petit-Cul-de-Sac, the luxury villa for rent GOOD NEWS is an exceptional villa nestled in a peaceful environment with panoramic views over the ocean in St Barth. This magnificent villa nicely mixes a contemporary architecture and an elegant French decoration with refined Persian carpets, monumental mirrors and marble floors in all rooms.
In utmost luxury and a delightful serenity, you’ll marvel at the three comfortable and large living rooms. One of them connects the other rooms all around, and is furnished with leather sofas under a white ceiling, coming with a skylight, arts and sculptures. The second living room with Louis XVI-styled furniture is a very private one, and welcomes guests under a magnificent high vaulted ceiling lit by a chandelier. Located between the large living spaces, the third living room is baroque-styled with turquoise hints. The large living room features a beautiful dining room with a round glass table. You will enjoy having your meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Under a magnificent glittering chandelier, another dining table for four people is set up for breakfasts or talking over a coffee.
Outside, a large teak terrace planted with high palm trees welcomes guests under the sun’s path. A dining table for eight guests is located under the covered terrace. In the center, there is a large heated swimming pool for delightful relaxing moments. Sunbathing areas are located at one end of the exotic garden and below, a privileged place to watch the fabulous spectacle of sunrises and sunsets.
The luxurious villa GOOD NEWS is composed of six comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms, with bathrooms and king size beds. Four suites are located on the main level, two of which open onto the terrace and the view. The other two rooms are on the lower level of the property, and don’t open onto the outside. An air-conditioned fitness room and a cinema room are at your disposal on this level.
