Villa Neo

Villa Neo is a 6-bedroom villa located in St. Jean, St Barts.  Set on the hillside above St. Jean Beach, Villa Neo boasts amazing views.

Built by local architect Patrick Raffeneau, this luxury home features large glass windows, opening to expansive views on both sides.

The spacious interior is on two levels and offers a large kitchen and living area with ample cushioned seating. The living area is set next to the TV room, which can be closed off, and there is also a night club with a dancing table.

Each suite has a stereo and Apple, the U.S. and French satellite TV, all controlled by an iPad. The large master bedroom behind the TV room features a separate seating area, direct access to the pool, and a large bathroom with a bathtub, and an indoor and outdoor shower. The second bedroom on the main level also has direct access to the terrace, while the third bedroom on this level offers partial ocean views.

You reach the upper level by a glass stairway, which can also be accessed directly from the parking area. Two suites on this level connect. The third bedroom on this level features a seating and dressing area, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom on the upper level has a separate terrace.

An extensive deck with lounge chairs surrounds the large, heated pool, which enjoys the view. Set below the pool are a Jacuzzi and an outdoor bar. A lift provides access to both levels from the parking area. This air-conditioned villa also comes with an outdoor dining area, a small gym, hammam, gas grill, an electronic security gate, and WiFi.

Villa Neo comes with maid service six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
