A luxury villa rental with direct access to two beautiful sandy beaches and located at 20 mt away from the unique Baja Sardinia square, in Sardinia, Italy. It features a large infinity swimming pool with sea water, an exclusive courtyard and panoramic terraces with breathtaking views of the island of Caprera. The luxury villa was completely renovated in 2014. Fine local granite finishes in the outdoor and indoor areas were added.
The steps leading to the beach are in Orosei marble. You can reach the two beaches easily, the beaches are located two minutes away walking.

The living room and all the rooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning with cold/heat switch (heating pump). The bathrooms are equipped with carbon fiber heaters.

Heating with controlled carbon fiber floor technology for each area, so you can rent this villa also during the winter months. There are so many reasons why you should consider visiting Sardinia during the winter and spring time, from the nice weather also during the slow season time, but also because there are so many cultural sights to explore on this region.
