Lower floor: Conveniently located in the level below the living area, there is a well-equipped gym with exercise bike, rowing machine, treadmill, bench and other equipment. Its glass entrance door allows you to receive natural light from outside, and you can do gymnastics while admiring the surrounding landscape. Ground floor: Upon entering you will find a large and bright living room, elegantly furnished with 3 sofas, armchair, TV, fireplace and carpet. Following the dining room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, table/counter. Then is a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower. Next to the bedroom There is another bathroom for disabled people. First floor: The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area consisting of 5 spacious and bright bedrooms with panoramic view: 4 with double bed and 1 with two single beds (that can be joined if necessary). Each bdroom has a private bathroom (4 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower). Please note that there is no air conditioning, but a modern under-floor cooling system (throughout the villa). Included free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.
