Set in a serene position near Lenno, with the village just a short walk away, the villa offers the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and easy access to the lake’s most beloved towns.
From its panoramic terraces, the mood is unmistakably Como: calm mornings over the water, long lunches outdoors, and evenings framed by soft mountain light. Bellagio is just a short boat ride away, while Tremezzo, Como, and Milan Malpensa are all easily reachable, making Villa Lenisia both private and conveniently connected.
Inside, the villa blends classical elegance with contemporary comfort. Designed with high-quality materials including Carrara marble, warm textures, and carefully selected furnishings, the interiors feel sophisticated without losing the relaxed spirit of a private Italian home. The main living room features comfortable seating and a fireplace, while the dining areas and fully equipped kitchen create a beautiful setting for shared meals and relaxed entertaining.
Villa Lenisia accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Two king bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with terrace access and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, the villa offers four additional king bedrooms, including two with panoramic private balconies and a spacious master suite with en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and separate shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and all bathrooms include underfloor heating and hairdryers.
The lower level is dedicated to leisure and entertainment, with a spacious living area, pool table, foosball table, bar corner, private TV room, and fitness equipment including kettlebells, free weights, and a stationary bike. It is an ideal space for families or groups who want both relaxation and something to do when the lake has finished showing off for the day, which apparently it never does.
Outdoor living is at the heart of the experience. Manicured gardens, expansive terraces, lounge areas, and alfresco dining spaces invite guests to enjoy the villa throughout the day. The infinity swimming pool overlooks the lake, while the outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ area, and pizza oven create a complete setting for relaxed days and memorable evenings. Please note that the pizza oven may only be used by a professional chef arranged through the villa management.

Services Included
The rate includes all utilities, heating, final cleaning, daily breakfast with a private chef between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM, daily cleaning service for two hours per day, towel and linen change as needed, unlimited Wi-Fi, water, coffee, tea and kitchen essentials, remote concierge service by phone from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, one baby cot and highchair on request, and full gardening and pool cleaning service.
Additional Services & Charges
Cook service beyond breakfast is available only through the villa management and in-house staff, as third-party suppliers are not permitted. Food and beverages are charged separately. Additional housekeeping is available at €50 per hour, per staff member, and pantry pre-stocking is available at €150 per service.
A damage liability of €5,000 is pre-authorized on a credit card at check-in. The villa is non-smoking. One small pet may be allowed, with charges applicable. Local visitor tax may apply and is payable locally.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally.
