Manoir Voltaire

Manoir Voltaire is an extraordinary 7-bedroom estate in Marigot, perched above the bay and overlooking the Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon in St-Barths. Set on a 4,000 m² property, it offers breathtaking panoramic views over the bay and the ocean, and accommodates up to 22 guests in exceptional luxury.

The villa is composed of two expansive parts, each with striking living areas and its own pool. The upper-level residence features an open-concept living space that flows onto a vast terrace furnished with plush sofas and armchairs beneath an elegant wooden framework, an indoor dining area, a professional kitchen suited to a private chef, and a dedicated TV lounge for movie nights. A few steps below, the lower-level residence opens onto a sweeping ocean panorama with a refined living area, an alfresco dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Two exquisite terraces frame uninterrupted views of the crystalline waters. The 52-meter infinity pool on the upper level is lined with lounge chairs, while the 30-meter pool on the lower level is surrounded by sunbeds. Separating the two parts is a mesmerizing Japanese-inspired water feature with a waterfall, creating a serene and intimate oasis.

Manoir Voltaire comprises nine beautifully designed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Six are on the upper level and three below; all but two offer ocean views and private terraces, and one suite features an outdoor bathtub. Two additional bedrooms are ideal for staff and children, one with bunk beds for up to six children.
