Accessed from the terrace, the 66m² studio is a fully independent space: air-conditioned throughout, with a bright 27m² living room furnished with two pull-out sofas and dining seating for four, a compact equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher, and a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Whether hosting grandparents, a nanny, or guests who keep different hours, the studio makes the arrangement seamless and unhurried.

Beyond the main house, a 20 × 5 metre heated saltwater pool sits at the centre of a 315m² stone terrace shaded by a row of ancient plane trees — the kind of scene that belongs on the cover of a magazine and somehow exists, quietly, here. Two al fresco dining areas, including a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with both gas and charcoal BBQ, accommodate up to fourteen guests in the open air, alongside a dedicated pool house with additional lounge seating.
